Shipping policy

Shipping: Upon receiving your order, we will promptly calculate the shipping cost and get in touch with you. Once you approve the shipping cost, the corresponding amount will be charged, and we will proceed to fulfill your order. In the event that you decide not to proceed, a full refund will be issued. Our shipping charges are based on a flat rate system, with fees ranging from $15 to $110 depending on the size of the items you've ordered.

 We make each frame and panel on a per-order basis, so we will require 3-4 weeks lead-time to prepare your order for shipping.
